Rental Inspections - General Fees are :

• Single Family Dwellings - $30.00 per dwelling unit
• Duplex Dwellings - $25.00 per dwelling unit
• Multi-family (3-6 units) - $25.00 per dwelling unit
• Multi- Family ( 7 or more) - $ 20.00 per dwelling unit

The fee for re-inspection is $25.00
